Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are anything less than satisfied with any item, for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, under the following conditions:

-Goods must be returned unused.
-Within 14 days of receipt.
-In an unused condition so the product can be resold
-With the original delivery docket.
-With the original packaging unopened or damaged.

How to send back a return


1. You Must Return The Product to the warehouse where your product was shipped from. Either UK or Ireland.

We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as until we receive the parcel it is your responsibility.

Do I have to pay to return?
The buyer will pay for all returns

How long can I keep my order before returning?
Return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them.

How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account.
We’ll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. credit card, laser card,paypal)

Received the wrong items?
If this happens we will endeavour to get the correct items out to you as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of returning these items.

The item is faulty?
If you are unhappy due to a perceived technical product fault or misdescribed product, please contact us to arrange a return.
– We commit to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 days.
– In certain cases, the product may also be reviewed by the Operations team.
– Customers will be sent a replacement part.
